Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Hire an In-Home Personal Trainer

While some people enjoy exercising and can motivate themselves to follow a fitness program faithfully, others may need someone to guide and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals. It is a good idea to engage the service of an in-home personal trainer if you are new to exercising or have a busy lifestyle. Here is a look at how hiring an in-home personal trainer can be beneficial to you.

Saves Time

In-home personal training eliminates the need to spend time packing a bag, traveling to the gym and finding a parking spot. This is especially important if you have trouble finding time to exercise. An in-home personal trainer will arrive at your home at the scheduled time, and you can focus on exercising during the allotted time. Once the session is over, you can rest or do other things in the comfort of your own home. In-home personal training also gives you the flexibility to plan your own workout schedule. Little or No Equipment Needed

In-home personal training usually involves exercise techniques that can be performed with little or no equipment. If you have your own equipment, your trainer may ask you to use it during your workouts. If you don’t, he or she will most likely bring everything that is needed for an effective workout. Most personal trainers know how to help you achieve the best results without expensive equipment.

Comfort and Privacy

If your body is not as good-looking as you want it to be, you may feel self-conscious when you are exercising in a public gym. This can make you feel uncomfortable and affect your exercise performance. If you hire an in-home personal trainer, you will have the privacy and peace of mind you need to concentrate on working out. Not only can you work out without an audience; you can also control the temperature and music to suit your personal preferences.

Personal Attention

Personal training in a gym or recreational center is usually standardized, and it is not catered to individual needs and goals. By hiring an in-home personal trainer, you will get one-on-one attention and a fitness program that is specially tailored for you. It will help you overcome your limitations and achieve your fitness goals more quickly.

Accountability

If you enroll in a fitness program at a gym, there is a greater likelihood that you will skip your workout when you are not in the mood to exercise. A personal trainer who shows up at your door can help you stick to your exercise program more faithfully. Scheduled appointments will help you stay on track toward your goals and your trainer will keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.

While in-home personal training offers a lot of benefits, it may not be the best fitness solution for everyone. It is advisable that you consult a fitness expert to find out whether or not it is the right option for you. Click here to learn more about the benefits of in-home personal training.

Benefits of Exercising in the Morning

While exercising at all is good for your health, morning exercise has proven to be even more beneficial.
As long as you fit in the workout somewhere in your day, don’t feel guilty for not exercising in the morning. But, if you can workout to start your day, then you should.

Morning exercise leaves you energized for the rest of the day. When you exercise, your brain tells your body to prepare for a long day. You will have more energy during the day and won’t get that sleepy feeling that usually comes around noon. You will be able to get more things done and be more productive during the day.

Exercise in the morning makes you happy. Exercising causes the brain to release endorphins and endorphins make you happy. Who does not want to be happier during the day?

Exercising jumps starts your metabolism. When your metabolism gets rolling early in the morning. You will burn more calories during your day.

Studies have proven that exercising increases brain activity. Harness that mental power and use it to your benefit for the rest of your day.

Morning exercise regulates your appetite for the rest of the day. Not only will you eat less but you will eat smaller portions.

Exercising in the morning before everyone gets up will give you some time to yourself. You won’t have to worry about finding the time to exercise or other things getting in the way of your work out.

People who constantly exercise in the morning find that they actually look forward to morning exercise and make it a part of their routine whereas people who exercise when they can hardly ever do. They find it the best start of their day.

Try to exercise in the morning for a week. Wake up about 30 minutes earlier and work it out! You’ll find that you will go to bed earlier, sleep better and just feel better during the day. I challenge you!

Exercising is Vitally Important for Health and Happiness

I haven’t been exercising nearly as often as I should nor as often as I used to. Life tends to get a bit busy which is why sometimes we have to rethink how we treat our exercise routines. You see exercising should be set as a priority in your daily routine, why? Well quite frankly it’s healthier to exercise in some form each day and in turn you become happier!

Right now it’s the middle of Winter so many may not be thinking about their Beach Body quite yet, however, let it be known that it takes a lot of hard work and focus to get that beach body for the Summer so you may as well start now.

Whatever you choose to do for daily exercise, whether it’s the Extreme Body Workout or a low key walk on the treadmill, you must make exercising a priority in your life. Being a parent, it is important for me to start making fitness be a priority in my life so that it will become a priority in my children’s life.

The best way to start a daily exercise routine is to check out all of the possible programs and ways that will work for you as a person. Maybe you want to do a 90 day review, meaning that in 90 days you want that perfect Beach Body to show off this Summer at the beach. Whether you want a perfectly toned beach body or you want to just remain a healthy lifestyle, exercising routines are the best way to increase you happy while creating a healthy living.

We all hit a point when we feel we can’t do anymore. In relationships, work or the weight room, life can get so hard we feel that we’ve hit the wall, unable to go on.

But I believe that most of our limitations are buried deep in our heads, where self doubt can rule out all other thoughts. And most of our limitations could be eliminated if we simply had the proper motivation.

If getting a flat tummy or tight butt is your motivation…you’ve simply got to keep your eyes on the prize. Our success is determined by our motivation. If you reeeaaalllly want it, technically, nothing should hold you back!! So if you don’t have what you want, check and see if it’s something you really want. Everyday I hear people complain about how they’re not getting to their goals at the same time they tell me of all the things they do to sabotage themselves. Eating Taco Bell just isn’t conducive to any health/fitness goal. Consistency is the key…not perfection! Set realistic goals and do all you can to attain them. Find out how strong your mind is when it truly desires something. If you still feel like you can’t reach your goals, pretend you’ve got $1,000,000 on the line….could you reach them then? That’s what I thought…so, are you motivated?

Day 6, 7 and 8: EA Sports Active 30 day Challenge

It’s official, I didn’t update the past three workouts or rest days I should say. Day 6 of the EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge was a “rest day” but day 7 was to be a workout day just like today, Day 8.

I rested as stated for Day 6 and when Day 7 came around, I started my workout later in the morning, rather than 1st thing so that kind of made it hard to motivate myself to workout. Add in that my boys didn’t seem to want to corporate with me this day I had trouble getting my workout done. Finally about half way through my workout routine the Wii remote froze and I realized that we hadn’t charged the controller overnight as we normally do! Needless to say Day 7 ended up being half a workout and then the remote had to charge.

Today was Day 8 and here are my updates in pictures …

Day 8: Calories Burned

I also received not one but TWO trophies and that’s something AJ loves to encourage and congratulate me on (he’s a very competitive child):

I completed 101 fitness activities

I completed 101 fitness activities

Ran 25 miles on the track

Ran 25 miles on the track

I am on my way to getting fit, oh and I was reminded by my daughter’s father today to stop stepping on the scale because I am removing fat and gaining muscle so I can’t go by “weight”. I put myself on the scale and gained 3lbs, so that freaked me out! Now I did lose 2″ on my waist but never measured the rest of my body so today Day 8 I plan to take body measurements to keep updating everyone on the status of inches lost!

How are your fitness goals coming along? Sticking to them? I hope so, if I can do this … YOU CAN TOO!

Make it a Happy Day!
