Today’s update will be part of Fitness Friday, visit Wii Mommies to get support and read other peoples fitness updates!
Today is Day 2 of my EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge and I am feeling GREAT! Yesterday the running really took a toll on my breathing, but today the running didn’t make me lose my breath at all! I even got a trophy:
I worked out for a total of ONE HOUR, how exciting! That’s one of the great things about EA Sports Active, you get to earn trophies and you get encouragement from your personal trainer along the way. Let’s say I am breathing hard and thinking I can’t move forward, no way I need to stop this today, it’s too much for me … well your personal training keeps you moving with encouraging words through out the workout. Much like working out with a friend, because after all that is how most of us stick to our fitness goals; when we work towards our goals of getting fit with a friend.
Today I burned more calories than yesterday and I am feeling so proud that I am sticking to my goals. I even set goals and here is how I am coming along with my goals:
As you can see I am reaching my calorie goal much faster than anything else, because I am working hard and sticking to the pace set forth within my workout. Reality is that I burned more calories than the EA Sports Active game said I would burn, see image below:
I am sticking to my goals and reaching for the stars. After a good workout my happy is so much stronger that I can succeed at anything. Exercising daily is a wonderful way to boost your endorphins and increase your productivity.
Tomorrow EA Sports Active has me set to rest, and so there may be no fitness update tomorrow!
Are you working out daily? What effort do you take to ensure you keep moving forward in your fitness goals? How does working out daily make you feel?
I know that this is not my normal daily postings, but with so much going on at home, I am trying to post what I can daily. I will be back to my normal positive posts with some excellent giveaways as well within a day or two. Please bare with me while I get situated at home and family life.
Make it a Happy Day!
