  1. Those Mint Chocolate Chip Cupcakes are right up my alley! I am going to have to make those.

  2. Are those ice cream cupcakes? My dad actually gets the hugs of Shamrock Shake mix at the end of the season and his GF makes the shakes at home, so lucky! We love mint and chocolate!

  3. Seems like time is flying, but you are so rights-St. Paddy’s day is already next month! That also means Spring time too! Whoohoo!

  4. St. Patrick’s Day isn’t always a big one for me since I don’t drink. But these fun treats are going to make it easy to get into the spirit.

  5. I love trying new recipes. I am excited to try the copycat shamrock shake recipe. My kids are going to love it.

  6. The Copycat Shamrock Shake sounds scrumptious. We’ll stick with traditional corned beef and cabbage and try the walnut salmon another day. There’s a lot of Irish in the family, so St Patrick’s Day is always celebrated with fun.

  7. These are all great sounding. I forgot about St. Patty’s Day. It’ll be here soon enough and yep, you’ve gotta have tasty eats for any holiday. 🙂
