As I head into week 7 of Nutrisystem I have to tell you that I am down a total of 10 lbs. I seem to be losing inches more than weight which is okay to me. I recently got an ear infection so I have been sleeping more than eating, which means I wasn’t eating properly the past week. Basically my food intake decreased during my time of being exhausted from the ear infection and water intake increased.

I normally consume on average 1200 – 1400 calroies a day on Nutrisystem which seems like a big reduction in calorie intake. I love that I have learned what the right portion is for an adult like me and what types of foods to eat together to help boost your metabolism. I have a bad metabolism, I gain weight looking at a big fat cheesy burger.

Okay so no fattening burgers for me, and less ketchup with more mustard for me. Glad I don’t like mayo because mustard seems to be decent for you, minus the sodium intake!
I am proud to have lost 10lbs total with Nutrisystem through 6 weeks of the program and I do feel this is making a positive difference in my life as to what portions I eat and feed my children.
My exercise routine? Quite simply I walk about 2 hours four nights a week and I have been playing Just Dance 2 which is a totally awesome game that makes you sweat if you are in competition to win!

Congratulations on the progression. I’m currently on a meat, fish, cheese, and eggs diet right now. It works well, too!
