As a parent we wish to think our child could do no wrong, but reality is our child could be just as guilty of being a bully as they have the potential of being a victim in a bullying situation. There is so much talk about bullying nowadays and when I grew up I was simply told “those girls are just jealous of you” and forced to shrug off all of the mean words I heard. Staying Calm During Stressful Situations

Although I am a happy type of person and usually do not get stressed out there are times when I can feel my blood pressure boiling and my heart racing. These times usually involve a situation with my four year old. My four year old has been the first child I can’t successfully figure out, it’s always another challenge with him. What gets me flustered is the aggression all day long, not every day but when he wakes up in a “mood” chances are that “mood” will be an all day thing.
