Sulley Visited Hanover NH Home of Dartmouth College and He Didn’t Come See Me

Sulley has school spirit! Sulley was seen in Hanover, NH just about 45 minutes away from me this past weekend and he didn’t stop by my house but at least he was showing his school spirit.

Tribute to Pixar Sunday

Monsters University producer Kori Rae and student Sulley attended the Dartmouth vs Yale homecoming football game on Saturday. During halftime the Dartmouth band played a selection of music from Monsters University while the crowd went wild watching Sulley and Kori parade the field and saluted the fans at the 50 yard line.

Sunday evening was the highlight with the Dartmouth Film Award and Tribute to Pixar presented by The Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth College.  The night began with a moving Pixar tribute reel followed by Sulley escorting Director Dan Scanlon and Kori to the stage for a moderated Q&A and showcase of bonus features “Monthropology,” “Scare Games,” and “Paths to Pixar.”

Monsters University Coming June 21st

Monster Inc was an amazing movie, we have seen the movie one too many times and read the book we own about the movie one too many times. It’s a cute, sweet movie about this Monster and a girl with more than just those two characters being the main actors, but those are the two I love the most.

Monsters University

Well I just wanted to share this cute poster today because I am super excited to see the crew back to do another movie, aren’t you?

Cars Toon: Maters Tall Tales for Wii #CarsToonGame

My family received a copy of Cars Toon: Maters Tall Tales for the Wii console. When this video game first arrived in it’s package I held it in my hands and my four year old looks up at me to say “Mama open it up I think it’s my game for the Wii”. Mind you this boy has been saying that a new Mario Kart game is heading our way and will arrive in a box for at least a month, so he’s certainly on the gamer mindset.

I placed Cars Toon: Maters Tall Tales for the Wii into my game system after we were done enjoying outdoor play time and oh my gosh!!! My four year old was super excited and so was my eight year old daughter. This game has become a family favorite, not to mention Mater is totally cool.

The kids get to play different modes on the game to enjoy fun times together, unlock various levels and earn trophies. This is all what I gathered form watching them play. I am not a big gamer person, I enjoy watching them play and cheering them on while laughing at some of the cute little cartoon type scenarios in the game too! For instance, there is one part where Mater shows off and tips this big monster over by literally clipping a chain to the arena area and driving off, very cute! Here is the monster I am talking about …

I know this is a great game for any family who enjoys a game now again on the Wii console! Fun times, laughter and smiles for sure when you play Cars Toon: Maters Tall Tales.
