Roto-Rooter Clog 101

I am sharing my last Roto-Rooter Brand Ambassador blog post. I have received both product and compensation as part of this program. All opinions are my own. Today I wanted to take a moment to discuss raising boys.  They have a mind of their own that I am having a hard time grasping. You see, one son is obsessed with poop. Seriously anything to do with poop amuses him, farting and bathroom humor jokes are his thing. My other son is a bit more quiet about things but certainly has what I would consider to be more on the side […]

My Thoughts on Top Mom Blogger and a Giveaway

As a member of the MomDot Forum where I have gained some amazing friendships and consider it my home away from home, I was game on when Trisha and Lynsey were starting up Top Mom Blogger.  I know these ladies have what it takes, they have the knowledge and the power to really help bloggers succeed.  Yes, yes, you can go read any other blogging support post, website and such, believe me I share tips as well, but there is something different about Top Mom Blogger and that something different really makes it worth a paid membership site. Boys wake up and come in to my room demanding breakfast. Finally I drag my butt out of bed to get them ready for school. However, one fine morning after going to sleep around one in the morning, I woke up wide awake after a really odd, but life like dream to find that my sons were talking. I glanced over at my video and audio monitor to see […]

How to Create a Kids Christmas List

It is that time of year again, the snow has already fallen in NH, yes we had a snow storm in October. Some places had 31″ while I had 5″ that soon melted away with the warm, sunny days that followed but the sign of snow reminded me just how close to the gift giving season we are. The kids are all ready to see Santa Claus and my youngest only wanted a candy cane for Christmas, that is until his sister created her Christmas wish list. The best way to create a Christmas wish list, from a bloggers perspective, […]

What To Buy a Boy Turning Five

My middle child and first born son is turning five this coming Saturday (the 13th) and I have no clue what to get him for his birthday, although I do know he wants to go to Chuck E Cheese for his birthday so maybe I don’t buy a gift, I just take him there for a great time? If I were to purchase him a gift here are some ideas of things my son would love for his fifth birthday….     My daughter has a scooter so I know AJ would love to have his own scooter so that […]
