Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Hire an In-Home Personal Trainer

While some people enjoy exercising and can motivate themselves to follow a fitness program faithfully, others may need someone to guide and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals. It is a good idea to engage the service of an in-home personal trainer if you are new to exercising or have a busy lifestyle. Here is a look at how hiring an in-home personal trainer can be beneficial to you.

Saves Time

In-home personal training eliminates the need to spend time packing a bag, traveling to the gym and finding a parking spot. This is especially important if you have trouble finding time to exercise. An in-home personal trainer will arrive at your home at the scheduled time, and you can focus on exercising during the allotted time. Once the session is over, you can rest or do other things in the comfort of your own home. In-home personal training also gives you the flexibility to plan your own workout schedule. Little or No Equipment Needed

In-home personal training usually involves exercise techniques that can be performed with little or no equipment. If you have your own equipment, your trainer may ask you to use it during your workouts. If you don’t, he or she will most likely bring everything that is needed for an effective workout. Most personal trainers know how to help you achieve the best results without expensive equipment.

Comfort and Privacy

If your body is not as good-looking as you want it to be, you may feel self-conscious when you are exercising in a public gym. This can make you feel uncomfortable and affect your exercise performance. If you hire an in-home personal trainer, you will have the privacy and peace of mind you need to concentrate on working out. Not only can you work out without an audience; you can also control the temperature and music to suit your personal preferences.

Personal Attention

Personal training in a gym or recreational center is usually standardized, and it is not catered to individual needs and goals. By hiring an in-home personal trainer, you will get one-on-one attention and a fitness program that is specially tailored for you. It will help you overcome your limitations and achieve your fitness goals more quickly.

Accountability

If you enroll in a fitness program at a gym, there is a greater likelihood that you will skip your workout when you are not in the mood to exercise. A personal trainer who shows up at your door can help you stick to your exercise program more faithfully. Scheduled appointments will help you stay on track toward your goals and your trainer will keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.

While in-home personal training offers a lot of benefits, it may not be the best fitness solution for everyone. It is advisable that you consult a fitness expert to find out whether or not it is the right option for you. Click here to learn more about the benefits of in-home personal training.

ivivva Dance-inspired, Cross-functional Athletic Apparel for Girls

There is a new style initiative for girls that dance or are in gymnastics, even for young girls who are simply active and want a stylish yet breathable type outfit to wear. ivivva athletica has a wide selection of athletic apparel for active girls and my family was able to test out one of their clothing lines to see how it can fit into our active lifestyle. One thing I am trying to encourage, now that winter is over, is for us to get out and get moving. The best way to encourage being active and getting exercise, in my opinion, is to have the kids wear stylish clothing so they feel good about getting exercise.

Miss Ki received the Stretch it Up tight, Warm it Up jacket, and Twist it Up tank for review.  Ki loved the fit, because she looked at it thinking it would be too form fitting, something she is obviously not into nor is she really allowed to wear per say. The tank and bottoms fit without any issues and she thought they were so comfortable that she will often be found putting the outfit on to lounge around the house. I think Ki missed my point of “get active” by using the clothing during lounge time but at least it’s a comfortable and pretty outfit she feels happy wearing any time.

There is a key pocket hidden in the outfit my daughter has which means if she were a teen who was out to dance class and needed her own key to get back into the house she could easily keep her key safe on her body rather than in a pocket book or something off to the side of dance class. The fabric is comfortable, check out the above video interview about ivivva athletica for more details.

“I received product for free and once I find the pictures of my daughter wearing this clothing you will see how stylish she looks in it! All opinions are that of my own!”

Benefits of Exercising in the Morning

While exercising at all is good for your health, morning exercise has proven to be even more beneficial.
As long as you fit in the workout somewhere in your day, don’t feel guilty for not exercising in the morning. But, if you can workout to start your day, then you should.

Morning exercise leaves you energized for the rest of the day. When you exercise, your brain tells your body to prepare for a long day. You will have more energy during the day and won’t get that sleepy feeling that usually comes around noon. You will be able to get more things done and be more productive during the day.

Exercise in the morning makes you happy. Exercising causes the brain to release endorphins and endorphins make you happy. Who does not want to be happier during the day?

Exercising jumps starts your metabolism. When your metabolism gets rolling early in the morning. You will burn more calories during your day.

Studies have proven that exercising increases brain activity. Harness that mental power and use it to your benefit for the rest of your day.

Morning exercise regulates your appetite for the rest of the day. Not only will you eat less but you will eat smaller portions.

Exercising in the morning before everyone gets up will give you some time to yourself. You won’t have to worry about finding the time to exercise or other things getting in the way of your work out.

People who constantly exercise in the morning find that they actually look forward to morning exercise and make it a part of their routine whereas people who exercise when they can hardly ever do. They find it the best start of their day.

Try to exercise in the morning for a week. Wake up about 30 minutes earlier and work it out! You’ll find that you will go to bed earlier, sleep better and just feel better during the day. I challenge you!

Exercising is Vitally Important for Health and Happiness

I haven’t been exercising nearly as often as I should nor as often as I used to. Life tends to get a bit busy which is why sometimes we have to rethink how we treat our exercise routines. You see exercising should be set as a priority in your daily routine, why? Well quite frankly it’s healthier to exercise in some form each day and in turn you become happier!

Right now it’s the middle of Winter so many may not be thinking about their Beach Body quite yet, however, let it be known that it takes a lot of hard work and focus to get that beach body for the Summer so you may as well start now.

Whatever you choose to do for daily exercise, whether it’s the Extreme Body Workout or a low key walk on the treadmill, you must make exercising a priority in your life. Being a parent, it is important for me to start making fitness be a priority in my life so that it will become a priority in my children’s life.

The best way to start a daily exercise routine is to check out all of the possible programs and ways that will work for you as a person. Maybe you want to do a 90 day review, meaning that in 90 days you want that perfect Beach Body to show off this Summer at the beach. Whether you want a perfectly toned beach body or you want to just remain a healthy lifestyle, exercising routines are the best way to increase you happy while creating a healthy living.
