I started a week earlier than some of those doing the 20 Second Fitness but I slacked off that first week and now been going strong. On Sunday I finished up the two weeks of warm ups and I guess it only gets more pumping from here on out. I have gone down inches and still at a weight loss of 5lbs combined with the diet changes and this workout routine. On “rest days” I walk or do crunches. I gained half an inch on my waist and so I plan to focus on getting that waist line down. My reason for working out? Quite simple; to be healthier and to be at a good weight when I hit the Type-A Parent Conference June 23rd. I am leaving to go …
