We successfully raised $30 towards the ColorSplash 5k to help the Library Arts Center in our town have more events, programs and such for the arts. My daughter and I woke up rushing around on Saturday morning to get ready to sign in for the 5K walk/run in our town. We showed up and there were a lot of people there, my daughter having the anxiety issues I had and still occasionally have, was a bit overwhelmed by the showing of people. I reassured her and helped her to overcome any anxiety she was feeling. We saw people we knew, teachers and such too.
