I grew up being a nail biter, I would be told gross stories about how bad biting nails really were and pictures were shown to me, but I couldn’t stop this habit! No matter what I did it seemed my mouth and nails were forever meeting. I did find when I was busy talking with friends, taking walks, etc that I did not bite my nails but when I got alone I ended up biting them. As most of you know I am a busy work at home mother of three. I have a couple blogs, I write on ELM now and I have a business to run, so when it comes to dinners I am usually a boxed meal kind of Mom, however, I have learned that obviously these are not the best nutritious meals for my family.
