Monster Jam Show at DCU Center February 18, 2012

Yesterday was such a fun day, we headed to the DCU Center in MA to watch Monster Jam live and even enjoyed the pit party. The pit party was rather crowded and so we were not able to get autographs and after the show, my sons were DONE, meaning throwing a fit, grumpy and screaming so we couldn’t wait in line after the show for autographs either. Which kind of stinks but that is to be expected with little ones. Thankfully the boys loved the show and wouldn’t stop talking about it all the way home. Here comes the story about Kumba from Gambia and Rickard from Sweden. Two singles that found each other through the Africabeauties.com web site. Today we are happily married and share an apartment in Gambia for transitory living until Kumba has gotten her residence permit for Sweden. Yesterday was one rough day, full of having to entertain a bored 3 year old while I tended to things that needed to get done. Mainly I was stuck in a building that is not 3 year old friendly for most of the afternoon and then had to go drag my 5 year old down with me too after school. Richard and Dianne met in Yahoo Chats, about 14 years ago before online dating was the “in thing”. After being divorced a little over a year Dianne hopped on her new at home computer and logged into Yahoo Chat Groups.  Dianne came across Richard, after chatting and emailing for a couple of months they decided to exchange pictures.  Their first date followed a couple of months later.
