I took on babysitting three siblings a few times a week, not because of money but because I am already home with my munchkins why not give them some friends to finish out the Summer with.  Plus, I have always loved children even before my Mama days. Yesterday was my second time babysitting for a full day, on Saturday I had 2 half of the day then only their youngest the remainder of the day. Train Your Brain to Succeed on Thoughts About Food

I don’t know why I struggle so bad with the intake of food, no matter what exercise routine I have done and stuck with to reach a satisfied weight goal or inches lost goal, I never change my food habits. Not changing my food habit is great if I do a vigorous workout on a daily basis, at least five times a week, however, I do not always stick with a vigorous workout routine forever. Kicking Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Taking Names

I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder when my daughter was a baby, she is almost 10. They put me on lexapro and I was about so numb that I could have seriously just cut my thumb off and not even cared. Can we say “too much medication?” … so I worked to wean myself off of the lexapro for two reasons; lack of insurance & the thought I could kick anxiety in the butt on my own. You Are Part of a Team, Not a Quitter

When it comes to children playing sports do you require them to stay on the team for the duration of the season and explain that to them from the day they decide to join? Well when it comes to sports, I am new to having two kids in sports as of last school year, and I always explain my expectations to my kids; once they start a sport and are part of the team they must continue out the season.
