Thought About it, Then Thought Twice

The kids were here on Christmas Eve for our annual pizza and presents with my Dad and Step Mom. You wouldn’t believe how freaking happy I was to get new hand towels, my six year old didn’t get why I was so happy over new hand towels, it’s an adult thing I suppose. I also got this really cool candle that changes colors and stuff, I will be sharing it online soon I am sure. Finally Feeling Back to Normal

I think I may have figured out why I have been in this funk of emotions and feeling of anger, frustration and sleepiness; I forgot that I am what’s important, who I am, what I feel and where I have come in my life. It does not matter what others around me do, feel or say or don’t say. If they are not going to be what I need in my life then, well, goodbye. Watching My Youngest Grow Up

My baby is four years old, he is in pre-k and is making lots of friends. K-man has grown from the nickname Baby-K to Monster-K in a short year because he will no longer allow anyone to call him the baby in the family. I keep explaining that he is my baby and he is the baby of the family but the term baby apparently is unacceptable to him. I love watching as he takes strides in being independent and taking to be his own little unique person, always the comedian in the family, he allows us to laugh when things get a little hectic around here. Hair Cut Night Was Last Week

I am lucky that I have a long time family friend {may as well call her family} that comes to my house to cut the hairs off the heads of my kids and me. She is affordable, convenient and a great person to have for company when I am around kids all damn day. I try not to keep her too long with my rambling, but it’s hard some times. This past week I had plans for her to cut my hair and the boys hair.
