If you are not familiar with what #followfriday is, it’s a day on Twitter, obviously Friday, when everyone recommends you follow someone. Now some people like to just toss out who ever they feel like but to me, I prefer to recommend those that have made an impact on my life. Even virtual friendships can be huge and I am thankful for many of the friends (and more) that I have listed in this post. Energy Up Energy Down
It’s normal for a person to feel high energy then low energy, I am a firm believer that it’s about how you think you feel in addition to diet and exercise. I haven’t ever felt such highs and lows in a long time. I was at my best a few weeks ago ready to move forward and could have run a mile (well maybe if I quit smoking I could run a mile), but you know what I mean. Friends Are Special
I am a huge fan of having friends, just wish I had more local friends to be with. My best friends are those I have met through this blog but I am slowly beginning to meet some new friends both male and female. I am thankful for all the old friends coming back into my life and the new ones I am meeting on a weekly basis! When you are going through changes in your life it’s best to surround yourself with those you love or at least those you like.
