Self confidence won’t come overnight, it takes practice and as I tell many who I work with virtually and in real life, you must almost fake it to make it. Seriously. I know it sounds odd, but my teen daughter has a great tip that she shares with others to assist in being more self confident; “wake up each day and write down 3 things you like about yourself every morning.” My daughter goes on to say that it doesn’t matter what those 3 three things are, you can find 3 small things to like about yourself and each day those 3 things will build into something more.
