  1. Great post. I am sorry you are dealing with this. There are rude people in every profession. You would think…. a Realtor would want to make you happy because they are paid on commission. If they don’t sell a house or find you a house depending on which you are hiring for they don’t get paid. It takes 2 seconds to say I am not able to work with you and I wish you luck on your house hunt.

  2. Oh this sounds like the first realtor and mortgage company we were going through when we first started house hunting. It’s very irritating. At least have the courtesy to call, say things haven’t progressed, etc. Sorry you are dealing with this and I hope you can find something soon. I would change realtors immediately.

  4. I agree with you that customer service is very important. In this economy people aren’t spending as much money so you would think that businesses would be on their best behavior trying to get more sales. As far as the realtors who didn’t treat you right I say it’s their loss!
