Having a kitty is like having another child, I have two cats and three children so reality is you can count me as having five children. The cats need items just like my children do such as a cat carrier to bring them to and from the vets during check ups. My oldest cat spends some time going to the vets because we have yet to figure out what he is allergic to. The poor kitty spends his time chewing at his belly, itching at his head near his mouth and he has gained a ton of weight.
My Baby Kitty (yes that’s his name) would love to have a nice new cat bed I am sure because he spends most of the night time hours crying because my bedroom door is shut, my sons bedroom door is shut and my daughter has the adult cat sleeping with her. A nice warm cat bed would hopefully keep Baby Kitty quiet at night so I don’t have to hear his howls and meows all night long over the baby monitor.
I can’t get away without buying cat food and a cat litter box for the house. Although these are the mandatory supplies for owning a cat I really wish at times someone else could be in charge of feeding and cleaning up after these two kitties. I swear as soon as you clean the litter box they jump in to make it dirty again.
Another notable topic: all too often I forget to keep an eye on the cat food and when they run out you will know it. My kitties will not allow you to let them go without one meal. So if I run out of cat food at dinner time the night before I better have some in hand by breakfast time or else you will get clawed by Baby Kitty who refuses to wait just a few moments so I can run to the store. That cat is very set in his ways!
Of course the last item every cat wants is a stylish cat bowl and feeder! My kitties are not that spoiled, they have a plain old blue cat food dish with water dish attached. It seems to work well for them, and why spend a lot of money on something they are just going to eat out of anyways?

We have 3 spoiled kittehs. We don’t have cat beds for them because they have a queen size bed that they hog. And a sofa. And a loveseat. And anything else they choose to take over. My younger male’s name is Ellis but I call him Baby Kitty all the time too đŸ™‚

I always spoil my animals too. It is hard at times but so much fun. My kids actually enjoy buying toys for the pets and playing with them, in a way it is almost like the toy is for the kids b/c they have so much fun with the animals.
