  1. What a great reminder to take it one thing at a time. I so often forget to slow down and breathe I end up in a big ball of stress.

    Now….let’s just breathe 🙂

  2. I can imagine that some people would have a hard time being positive about things. It is weird though because things always work themselves out.

  3. It’s all about taking things slowly and a small piece at a time. Most negativity spawns from being overwhelmed and the feeling that you’ll never accomplish it.

  4. Sometimes it is best to take a step back and just take things one at a time. I have become a master at robbing Peter to pay Paul.

  5. I think there is a lot of truth behind the statement “happiness is a choice”. While there are a lot of things in life that can bring us down, how we react to those things is up to us.

  6. That’s great advice. I tend to get overwhelmed at first, but breaking it down into steps and focusing on one thing at a time is a great idea.

  7. I like the idea of focusing on the immediate priority. I often get overwhelmed by focusing on to many things at the same time.
