Tendered.io is currently in the launching stages of the application, but it is going to be amazingly awesome! Just think, have you ever seen a friend on Facebook who is local to you and cooks amazing food, makes amazing DIY decor or has skills that you wish to use and would totally pay them for?
I know that I have a huge range of friends who are great at everything; from DIY decor to blogging to cleaning house and I would totally pay some of them to do things for me. The first idea that pops into my head with what I would use Tendered.io for would be: to hire someone local to me that posts amazing DIY decor for the holiday seasons. You see, I always want to decorate for the holidays but lack in the experience for DIY decor. I would totally be willing to pay a DIY decor friend a decent rate to create some items for me to spruce up the home during the holiday seasons.
What if you have a friend who makes amazing food and you are about to have a date night? Or a girls night in? Maybe a guy’s night in? Well what would happen if, using Tendered.io, you could essentially pitch your friend a price for the service of cooking for your special event all in a couple of clicks? Then your friend would receive a text message to confirm or decline your request to pay them for services?
It is a total win win concept – friends supporting their friends passions, and allowing them to make money while you benefit from their amazing services. Now this is a great idea! I would love to hire a DYI for something like decorating the house. Local business is the way to go! Support them and they will make your town great!
