  1. I couldn’t agree more with this post! I was able to quit smoking by vaping and totally weened off of that in 4 months. Now, I need to work on getting active and fit, okay and eating properly!

  2. I have recently fell off the healthy eating and exercising wagon and I can feel it. I have started cutting up my vegetables as soon as I get home and preparing healthy meals ahead of time again so they’re ready to go as well as heading back to the gym. Besides the sore muscles, I feel much better.

  3. We are getting on the right track. We have started exercising and we don’t eat terrible (most of the time). I think that it is important to invest in yourself it can only help others more.

  13. You have to invest the time into yourself to have a happy life. I am always taking care of everything else and leaving myself last. I have started doing yoga to get some me time in the day.

  15. Moms have so many obligations that sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves! As rare as time like that might be, it is definitely time well spent!
