I work for what I have and I live within my means, even when I worked full time and had no children I still lived within my means. I haven’t ever been a big spender and I have always worked for what I have. When the time comes that I truly need help it’s hard for me to even ask, normally you will find that I work my butt off to make what I need for the things that need to be done in my life. On the rare occasion I truly need a little help I usually pay it back in some form if not the original form to ensure that give and take is used, not just take take take. This is my nature, this is who I am. This is me.
What really gets under my skin is watching people who live off of other people, beg and borrow forever until they have a balance due higher than they can ever pay. I don’t like watching people make excuses and using other people as the excuse for the lifestyle they are living or the situations they have gotten themselves into. It’s none of my business how someone else lives their life until they try to stick their nose in mine and place judgement and degrading comments where they don’t belong.
I am not vengeful but when someone puts words in my mouth or attempts to degrade who I am as a person when in all reality I have great morals, a good personality and overall a wonderful character, I do what I need to do to ensure my family is taken care of and I wouldn’t ever use someone else as an excuse for situations I got myself into. It’s no one else’s fault the mistakes I have made or the bills I may have overdue or what have you. It is my own fault for whatever I have going on in my life and I work damn hard to accept that and move forward in a positive direction. That is all anyone can do.
So breaking me down may make you feel better but all it does is turn my stomach in disgust and have pity upon those who walk into your life that have to deal with this kind of person on a daily basis. I refuse to be associating with anyone who has such a negative effect on me. I wash my hands of this and will make changes to ensure the situation is changed because that which doesn’t break me will only make me stronger!
Fight back people. Fight back for what you know is wrong. Fight back against those who are negative parts of your life. Do not allow such negative people to consume you, find your super power within and do what you need to do in order to succeed in having a positive life.
