  1. Great job sticking with it Brandy! I had a delay so I just finished week 2. I skipped the warmup. We had no power and I spent a few days shoveling a trench in our yard and just couldn’t find the energy to do that and workout.

    Tomorrow is my day off and I start week 3.

    One thing I noticed about this program that surprised me was how much of a workout i actually get in that short amount of time. I’m winded during and after!

  2. I hate that winter weight gain!! I need to find a good routine.. Checking out 20 second fitness!

  3. I am on day 4 of the first “real” week and wow! these are much harder than the warm ups. It wasn’t until I started this “non warm up” week that i started to see any results whatsoever. I know I am working out well though, cause I am winded and my muscles are sore every single morning!
