I am ready! With a new house comes new plans, new rules, chores and a fresh start. Also with the kids sleeping upstairs I will be better able to take advantage of the downstairs space to use the Wii board with my Wii Fit that we bought last year! The whole reason we bought the Wii was to get fit as I watched the #wiimommies and participated in all their awesome things I realized the Wii is a fantastic tool for fitness goals to be reached, just look how hot Julie from Momspective looks, she’s HOT! Julie lost weight, got fit and is now showing it all off, watch out because I will be next. I am far from shy!

I am taking before pictures, which were taken on October 20, 2010. The face above, yuppers that was taken on the same day. I have noticed when I work out I lose weight in my face too, so can’t wait to do some comparison photos after working out with the new routine I am setting in place.
I have to do a front view because I don’t mind my side view now anyways, it doesn’t really show the “had a baby” area on my tummy I need to work off …
So that mid section there, has to go! It’s going to go bye bye and it’s not going to go bye bye very easily! I am going to work my butt off and stick to my new work out plan. No matter what comes up, no matter what happens I am working out daily and here is my new routine for the new house …
Mornings – EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge, whatever work outs are there I will complete them all. I will start with Medium intensity and if I start feeling like that’s becoming easier I will move to High Intensity workouts. These workouts will be while the boys are awake and downstairs which means I will have them copy me while I work out so that they can start focusing on being sure they exercise daily too!
Evenings – After the kids get tucked in, mainly the boys, I will turn on the Wii Fit and do at least 30 minutes of step aerobics and possibly hula hoop exercises. If Miss Ki is awake during this time she will do these exercsies with me as well because I feel it’s important to incorporate the kids into my workouts as much as possible so they can see it’s important to exercise daily.
There you have it, I am scheduling this post for today but it was written on October 20 and by this date I should have already started my routine! Once internet is back up again I will be sure to update you all on if I stuck to this and how it is going!
