Once you have made the decision to better your life, it’s a simple as changing your thought process. You are no longer allowing bad thoughts into your head, from now on you will only think of what good can become of your current situation. Think of Peter Pan who uses his happy thoughts to fly to a far away land where everything is enjoyable, fantasy like, and optimistic. Peter Pan visits a world that is based on fantasy but at some level can be reality if you simply use the techniques and advice laid out in this book.
Just one thought can truly change everything, but it will take hard work, motivation and dedication on your part. First step to thinking Optimistic Thoughts is to grab a piece of paper and a pencil, sit down and write everything that you feel is bad about your current situation. After you have everything written down, preferably in summary format you must take something happy out of that situation.
Example:
SITUATION: I don’t have enough money to pay my mortgage this month, and I have one week to come up with $1000 or will be at risk for foreclosure.
HAPPY THOUGHTS: I think I can … I think I can … Maybe you don’t earn the money you need, but think of what you do have, focus on the positive in your life. Maybe you have happy children; maybe you have a great job or a roof over your head. There are many other people in this world that are far worse off than you, and yes this is true for even millionaires! Start focusing on items you can try to sell, write a quick guide on your website using affiliate links, or take on some part time jobs by searching Craigslist in your local area or use Search the Entire Craigslist option. First process is to THINK YOU CAN and in turn YOU WILL.
Now that you have your optimistic thinking cap on you will succeed, no matter the situation you are in. Just the mere change of attitude and thought process will create a more positive inner you. As a person who now thinks optimistically you will see the world in a whole new light, you will smile when others would frown, you will laugh when others would cry, and you will sing a song of joy when others would sing a song of sorrow. Taking the leap to understanding and believing a thought can change everything will change your life for the positive.
