It’s Monday and I am wishing it was Friday already, My morning started off with me sleeping through alarm clock and having to have my friend bring my oldest to school because the boys were still sleeping. I felt so bad, and hope 2marro starts better! After two weeks of no school it is so hard to find motivation to get back into the swing of things.
I have a new college class that started yesterday so I have to log in today so I can get going on homework and discussions. Online college has it’s pro’s and con’s. One of the con’s is that you have to keep yourself focused, and sometimes I lose focus due to getting all caught in making money from home. One of my New Year resolutions is to refocus on college so that it is one of my top priorities. I need my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration to move forward in my future income goals as a book keeper. Once I get some more accounting courses behind me I will be offering out my book keeping skills to small local and online business managers.
I talked to Dwan last night and am looking forward to a good friendship with her this year. We seem to have very similar interests especially in helping others. She is an amazing person and if you have not met her yet you should visit her blog and follow her on twitter.
I love reading books but have not really had time to read any, so I was talking to @ptvaux on twitter about his fiction novels. I was having a conversation about how I feel social networking is the best way to market your business and he responded about his fiction novels and wanted to know how he could get people to read his fiction novels. I told him that he should have bloggers review his books, there are so many bloggers out there who do reviews. He asked if I would review one. Of course I jumped to the idea of reviewing his book, I can not wait til I get it and will keep you all posted about his novel and how it is going while I am reading it!
Since today is Monday I have to get back to working. Although I love working from home I have found less motivation lately to do so. I get all caught up in playing with my boys during the day, at age 2 and 4 months they are just so much fun and full of giggles all day long. They keep me smiling I must admit. I have a feeling they are going to be best of buds once the baby starts moving around. I also have a feeling I will be in BIG trouble once the baby starts moving, since they are only 2 years apart and both BOYS I am certain they will enjoy keeping mommy on her toes!
I suppose I should stop writing and go get myself ready for the day. Thank you for reading my blog and I look forward to your comments.
Wishing you a successful Monday,
Brandy

I took a couple of online courses. It was really hard for me to stay focused not being in a classroom. I hope to back to school again sometime soon.
Good luck reviewing that book. I wish I had more time to read. I would probably have more time to read if I didn’t use up that time blogging. 🙂
Good luck with getting focused on your school stuff. I hope to one day take some more college classes. Not really for any particular degree (haven’t decided yet) but because I just love to learn 🙂
Oh and my Mother-in-Law would probably guarantee that your boys will give you trouble! Her’s still do (my husband and his younger brother are only 1.5 years apart) but you’ll love them inspite of it and b/c of it. She sure does! 🙂 thanks for stopping by my blog earlier.
I gave you an award on my blog, go claim it!
Good luck with your online course and you family. Your blog is very nice
Thanks for joining me in Monday Momisms! Great advice too w/having bloggers review his books. Like you said, social media is totally the way to go to promote any business these days. Take care!
It sounds like you have a lot on your plate! It also sounds like you are keeping your cool over it 🙂 Good luck with the class; I admire your commitment.
