Having a routine has been a great help to me. I set an alarm for 7pm so I know it is time to shut down for the day. I will end up working all night if I do not.

In reply to Nikki Wayne. It is so easy to get distracted working from home. I suffer from distractions often, I call it squirrel brain ;) Summer break is always hard because the kids are home and I have to balance better with them and work!

I need to get out of the house sometimes. It is really exhausting to work at home especially if you feel distracted.

It can be so tough trying to keep all the balls in the air, but the juggling act is worth it. I get to be around for the big moments and small ones too.
