I was completely unaware of Serotonin before reading this blog post. I think these blankets should be recommended or suggested by all autism specialists to the patients. The best part is that we can use these for both regular and therapeutic purposes.

Being a Mom to an autistic son who has multiple blankets on top of him to sleep, even in the Summer season, I had heard about weighted blankets and plan to get one for him soon. Something about the comfort it gives kids on the spectrum, really is amazing what is available to help soothe kids and adults.

I have never even heard of weighted blankets. These sound awesome. I bet my kids would love these, and I love that they are used as a comfort tool.

I have heard so many great things about these. I have a good friend who uses one for her son.
