These are great tips. I haven’t had any payments hit PP this week and it is a little stressful. I’m going to apply these tips this week and try and turn the week back good.

In reply to Nikki Wayne. Some days are so hard, I just curl up and let out a good cry. Then I move forward from there. It is good to let it out like that and release to be able to rise above the circumstances you face. At least it works for me ;)

Yes, Yes, yes to all these tips. I used to feel so awful when I felt awful, but now I acknowledge the feel and it goes away much quicker.

Love the tips. It’s kinda hard to lighten up during tough times but I also believe that it can be done.
