  3. Sounds awesome! I get the worst sleep anymore (I blame pregnancy) and am forced onto my couch. Paying attention to what you eat is so important I find some things keep me up more than others.

  6. There have been times, where I will constantly think about things, things to do,things I need to do, that keeps me awake at night. I am guilty of having caffeine before bed! I’ve also heard of Mellanni brand and have actually reviewed one of their products.

  7. Sleep schedule…yes and I am the worst at keep to one either due to being on a 12 hour shift or a 24 hour shift as an EMT. And not being able to shut off my brain from everything else. I miss sleeping good. I do love my cooling pillow. That helps as well as my sleep mask.

  9. Those are some ways and that mattress protector would be great especially for people with kids who still wet the bed. Mattresses are expensive so if you can protect it to make it last longer, that’s the way to go!
