  1. Thanks so much for sharing this! I love roundups that are super early because I have plenty of time to peruse all the awesomeness before the holiday.

  2. We like to make the Shamrock Shakes using Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. We also use the same thing to make Elf Shakes or Grinch Shakes at Christmas time.

  3. Are those ice cream cupcakes? My dad actually gets the hugs of Shamrock Shake mix at the end of the season and his GF makes the shakes at home, so lucky! We love mint and chocolate!

  4. This is a nice post, especially for the Irish!
There are some good Saint Patrick’s day ideas here and it’s refreshing to get away from the Valentine’s day topics 🙂 .

  5. I’d love to make some shamrock shakes to go with lunch. I love the cupcake idea too. Mint chocolate chip is one of my favorite flavors.

  6. We always do green recipes and treats for St. Patrick’s Day! My kids love a chocolate and mint combo, so something like that is always a win.

  7. I love the cupcakes!! These are all great ideas for St Patricks day already, seems like this year is flying past!

  8. Seems like time is flying, but you are so rights-St. Paddy’s day is already next month! That also means Spring time too! Whoohoo!

  9. St. Patrick’s Day isn’t always a big one for me since I don’t drink. But these fun treats are going to make it easy to get into the spirit.

  10. I love trying new recipes. I am excited to try the copycat shamrock shake recipe. My kids are going to love it.

  11. The Copycat Shamrock Shake sounds scrumptious. We’ll stick with traditional corned beef and cabbage and try the walnut salmon another day. There’s a lot of Irish in the family, so St Patrick’s Day is always celebrated with fun.

  12. These are all great sounding. I forgot about St. Patty’s Day. It’ll be here soon enough and yep, you’ve gotta have tasty eats for any holiday. 🙂
