It’s so sad to know that many families don’t have the basic necessities to get through the week. Every family should be able to afford, or get milk.

I wish more food banks would take milk. It’s a major need for just about all families.

I’ve never really thought about milk not being donated as much as other items, but I am not surprised. I think the Great American Milk Drive is a great campaign, and one that seems to be certainly needed.

Is there a way to donate milk directly, rather than donating money? I’ll look into a local food bank in my area and see about visiting once a month or so and donating directly. Thanks for the info!

We donate to our local food bank once a month. I did not realize Milk was such a needed item. I will have to start adding milk to our donations.
