I totally agree!! This is true for me and my husband and me and my kids!! If one of us is grumpy the other one tends to “catch” it. But a good mood is just as contagious!

A great post. I have a rule that I only accept FB request from people I would walk up to in public and talk to. Easier said than done but I have declined people that don’t fit into that.

Social media can definitely make it harder to avoid people that are negative all the time. I like the unfollow button on Facebook lol!
