Definitely a lot of truth in here. Our experiences help define the person we are, although it is up to us how we allow them to alter our attitudes and behaviors.

This post is so true! I’m a big believer in always looking at the glass as half full and I think if you surround yourself with people who feel that way as well, it’s easier to stay upbeat.
