					<description><![CDATA[I like the quote about allowing yourself to be important and I would add let your accomplishments be important too.  I spent almost my whole life minimizing my accomplishments, and now it&#039;s the norm for everyone in the family to do that too.  Now that I&#039;m older I see the error in it because the kids won&#039;t see the legacy of a good work ethic, and striving hard to reach goals, when I breeze over my finish lines so easily.  It&#039;s too late to take that back w/my older three. I hope they don&#039;t adopt it in their own lives (monkey see, monkey do).]]></description>
