My brother-in-law and his wife live in one that had it when they moved in. Or if you rent a house, sometimes they have it in place already. And when people upgrade or move, they might put a good one on Craig’s List cheap? My oldest uses that site a lot. Good luck finding just the perfect place for you guys!
