It&#039;s much better to ask them what&#039;s wrong than just assume it&#039;s puberty, etc. I also think that emotional and verbal abuse leaves longer lasting scars than physical ones.]]></description>

I never understood why a grown person would pick on a defenseless child but unfortunately it happens all of the time in this world.  Bruises go away (not saying this is acceptable by any means) but verbal and emotional abuse stay with you forever which is very hard to shake.]]></description>
