If your personal expectations are right for you that doesn’t mean they are right for someone else. It also doesn’t mean they are too high. I agree, every person can find the right companion for themselves but along the way you’ll find a lot of wrong companions as well. When you find the wrong one, it doesn’t mean your standards are too high, it just means it wasn’t meant to be. Sometimes we learn from those relationships. Everything happens for a reason, right? 😉
