It wasn&#039;t until I started this &quot;non warm up&quot; week that i started to see any results whatsoever. I know I am working out well though, cause I am winded and my muscles are sore every single morning!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Great job sticking with it Brandy!  I had a delay so I just finished week 2.  I skipped the warmup.  We had no power and I spent a few days shoveling a trench in our yard and just couldn&#039;t find the energy to do that and workout.

Tomorrow is my day off and I start week 3.

One thing I noticed about this program that surprised me was how much of a workout i actually get in that short amount of time.  I&#039;m winded during and after!]]></description>
