Regarding pillows I go for the contour pillow. It really does prevent neck ache. If budget is not a retrain do consider a tempur like pillow. It is a worth investment.

I have a horrible sleep ‘schedule’ but that’s mainly due to my insomnia. I try to sleep ‘early’ but I hate tossing for what feels like forever and not sleeping.

I have 2 great grandma’s around and 2 (well 3) grandma’s around and it makes me feel happy about it but sad at the same time because I don’t get to spend as much time as I’d like with them and I know before too long well you know.

Oh yes Owen has me cracking up lately. His new thing is to just make random silly faces for no reason … though he’s copped quite the attitude lately and that isn’t fun lol.
