I started about a year ago cutting my grocery bill in half. I used to spend about $850-$900 a month and I have gotten it down to just a little over $400 a month and shooting for less. I can’t believe how much food I have in my house now. I do use coupons and match up what is on sale with coupons and plan my meals around that. I do go to two stores…Shaw’s and Market Basket. Shaw’s doubles coupons up to .99 so I stock up there and then go to Market Basket for the rest b/c they are just sooo cheap on everything. I have a blast learning how to do this. It’s the thrill of my week:)
