Dial Complete Foaming Hand Wash is Dressed Up

There’s a new hand soap in town, okay well it isn’t a new hand soap per say, it’s Dial Complete Foaming Hand wash but it’s all decked out for the holiday season with snowman, Christmas Trees, Santa Claus and even a peppermint looking design.

Dialhandwash

Tis the season to be decorating your household and why not decorate your house with hand soap that is festive? Dial Complete Foaming Hand wash has the perfect smell and makes my kids wash their hands way more than they ever did before.

This is the #1 doctor recommended antibacterial foaming hand wash. Dial Complete Foaming Hand wash kills 99.99% of germs encountered in the household setting while still being gentle on the skin. I have witness first hand how soft my hands feel after using this, I don’t feel as if I just washed my hands with a sticky, uncomfortable hand wash. Call me spoiled, but I love the soft feeling of this hand wash.

The kids wash their hands more. My hands feel smooth. I am a happy Mama who is happy to share Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Hand Wash with you all. Connect with Dial on Facebook and visit their foaming hand soap website today.

When Sickness Takes Over

Oh my goodness, I have spent the last few days getting sick off and on and now I have developed a horrible cough. The joys of having children and being around one that is in school. It seems they bring everything home. I always get a mild version of whatever the kids get.

They had sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes and stomach aches. I got the itchy eyes, exhaustion and now a cough.

I am just going to sit around and recoup but I do have some reviews and giveaways scheduled to go live, hope you will stop by and read them while I get better!

PediaCare Children’s Products Review

It’s that time of year, cold and flu season! I swear every time my school age daughter hits school this time of year it seems the cold hits our house! Sneezing, coughing, stuffy nose, etc it’s just something to expect come Winter time in NH or pretty much everywhere! That is where PediaCare® products come in handy!

Confused about cold/flu medicines for children? Introducing an expanded line of safe and effective medicines from the trusted brand for children, PediaCare® – with and without acetaminophen — for children and infants — that addresses most sick-child situations: cough, cold, allergy, flu, congestion, fever and pain. Product offerings, in kid-pleasing flavors, match the formulations of other recalled brands and are arriving in stores just in time for the cold/flu season. In particular, PediaCare® Infant and Children’s fever and pain reducers are a great solution for moms wanting a branded acetaminophen alternative.

What Happily Blended Family Thinks

I am not a huge “give my kids lots of medicine” kind of mother, however, at times it’s best to provide your child with the comfort they need to sleep a well rested night or to alleviate cold and flu symptoms to allow your child to be comfortable. When I go to the store to purchase medicine for this cold and flu season time of year I usually prefer a brand name versus the store alternative. PediaCare® has been a common brand in my home and so I was very excited to receive two of their products for my medicine cabinet this time of year!

New Products from PediaCare with Acetaminophen:

  • PediaCare® Children’s Fever Reducer/Pain Reliever (cherry or grape flavor; ages 2-11)
  • PediaCare® Children’s Fever Reducer Plus Multi-Symptom Cold (ages 6-11; okay for ages 4 & 5 with dosage directed by pediatrician)
  • PediaCare® Children’s Fever Reducer Plus Cough & Sore Throat (ages 6-11; okay for ages 4 & 5 with dosage directed by pediatrician)
  • PediaCare® Children’s Fever Reducer Plus Flu (ages 6-11; okay for ages 4 & 5 with dosage directed by pediatrician)
  • PediaCare® Children’s Fever Reducer Plus Cough & Runny Nose (ages 6-11; okay for ages 4 & 5 with dosage directed by pediatrician)

New Infant Products from PediaCare with Acetaminophen:

CLOSED Giveaway Breathe Right Wants to Find Healthy, Happy Families

Breath RightBreathe Right is all about helping families sleep better, as we all know getting a good nights sleep can make our day so much better! Whether you suffer from sleep issues or if your children do, Breathe Right wants to know what you do to help make your family happier by sleeping better.

Last week my youngest got a stuffy nose and so I know eventually this busy work at home Mama is going to catch this cold, or at least the stuffy nose part as I always do. When I learned that the folks at Breathe Right released a new Advanced strip that is even better at opening the nasal passages, which can help you, breathe better and sleep better, I knew I had to get my hands on this new product.

I am sure you have all seen the commercials right? I see them all the time and peek over at Justin with those “you need these” looks because the man snores so loudly it keeps me up some nights, those nights I actually can sleep without any whining from the boys.  Breathe Right has asked me to share what I do to build a happy, healthy family and just wait … they want to hear from you as well!

Tricks n Tips for Happy, Healthy Family

  • Drink plenty of Orange Juice – vitamin C can help keep those colds away and I have found during the cold weather months our family does so much better if I increase our daily supply of Vitamin C.
  • Wash your hands often – it’s a no brainer tip, wash your hands constantly or use a hand sanitizer each time you leave a grocery store, school, etc.
  • Sneeze into your arm – remember to turn away and sneeze into your arm, not at someone else’s body or face.
  • Do not share drinks – I am big about this during the cold months in NH because it has helped deterred sick kids. I don’t know if my daughter shares drinks at school but at home there’s no way during the cold season.

Now Mama Has Sickness

I knew it was coming, I felt that head ache coming .. I felt the sniffles sneak up, the sore throat started in first thing in the morning. I waited as this sickness creeped through the children first and just when Baby K gets it … Mama gets it!

Yup that’s right I am stuffed up solid, no sleep due to the little one being sick and well the 3 year old has started having his old sleep issues … yeah so there is not much sleeping going on in the Brandy Ellen household. It’s okay though, I am still playing with the kids. I just lay down on the couch and sing and play pat a cake rather than run around and be silly.

I hope I get over this head cold, sickness, whatever crap it is so that I can move on and be more productive. I am a productive, multi-tasking kind of person and need to get better, because being online when the kids (that are suppose to sleep) are sleeping is my work time … the only form of making income to pay bills for me is online. So let’s see … will this last the whole 5 days or beyond for Mama. Here’s hoping for 5 days or less!

Oh and I did get an article written on Examiner, check out “How to Update Twitter with Facebook Status” by clicking here.
