  1. While quitting smoking should be the priority this should be a step towards stopping altogether. They are finding lots of chemicals in vape products that are dangerous as well. Quitting is hard, but best.

  2. I’ve always been confused about vaping – won’t that make kicking the habit harder? Ah well, at least it’s not cigarettes! That in itself is a huge step.

  3. As a former smoker who kicked the habit, many years ago, through NPL self hypnosis, my take is that it is best to quit and not look for substitutes. Addictions are best kicked not exchanged.
