A favorite summer pass time for the kid is to head off on just under an hour drive from home to go to Friendly Farm. This farm is located in Dublin, NH and brings the experience of farm living into your life. The cost to go to this location is rather affordable and the experience is priceless.
Upon arrival you can bring in cameras and I advise that you wear some shoes, also watch out for those super friendly goats because once in the pen with them, well they may just try to nibble on your shoe laces. With a super friendly collection of animals from chicks to llamas you are sure to get the full experience of farm living.
Many a times we have been lucky enough to feed a goat, this last visit allowed me to even feed a goat their bottle. What an adorable time we had this fine Saturday, it was opening day at the farm so they didn’t quite have all of their animals ready to enjoy.
If you are headed off to New Hampshire over the summer season, I highly recommend visiting the historical town of Dublin, NH and dropping by Friendly Farm.
