  1. What a great reminder to take it one thing at a time. I so often forget to slow down and breathe I end up in a big ball of stress.

  2. I can imagine that some people would have a hard time being positive about things. It is weird though because things always work themselves out.

  3. It’s all about taking things slowly and a small piece at a time. Most negativity spawns from being overwhelmed and the feeling that you’ll never accomplish it.

  4. I think there is a lot of truth behind the statement “happiness is a choice”. While there are a lot of things in life that can bring us down, how we react to those things is up to us.
