  4. Reading this definitely gave me some things to think about. I think it is easy to focus on other people more than yourself, especially if you are a Mom. I do try and make time for a walk every day also. It really recharges my energy for the day.

  5. These are great tips. I especially like the advice about friends. It is so easy to keep friendships that don’t mesh well with your life simply because they are there. Weeding them out makes more sense.

  6. I love the part about being alone, there is so much to be said about being able to take that time for yourself without worry about everyone else’s needs.
