  1. Seriously, that’s like hundreds of dollars worth of Legos (I know because we have a Lego lover in the house too). 🙂

Very sweet of your neighbor. I’m glad all of your kids liked it. 🙂

  2. OHHHH my god! I can’t believe that huge bin is what he dropped off! That is an insane amount of Legos! I bought one of these separator tools for $2 on eBay. If you don’t have one you have to get one!

  3. There is something very special about legos. They are the ONE tony that is truly timeless and can be enjoyed by children and adults. I just bought my daughter a lego table for Christmas and she has played with NOTHING else since!

  4. Lego is so much fun! My brother and I used to argue all the time when we were little, but we’d actually play together just fine when building our lego towns 🙂

  5. we are a big LEGO family here so I get it!! all of my kids love to build with them. sets or loose pieces. we’re fortunate that we have family who work at LEGO HQ in ct so we get a lot of gifts from there.

  6. Wow! That is so many Legos. My five-year old is currently obsessed with Legos and would absolutely flip out if he received that many Legos. How kind and thoughtful of the gentleman to give you those. We’re heading to LegoFest next weekend and are SO excited!

  7. You’ve got to be a proud Momma!! Legos are having a comeback in our household – especially with my grandchildren. I love how they can play and learn and at the same time.

  8. We don’t have kids, but my husband and I still go look at the lego aisle! Lol. I even told him he could start buying lego sets for the future if he wanted!

  9. It’s great to see kids enjoying the growing interest in LEGOs. It’s a terrific way to learn eye hand ordination and more.
