I love that my boys who are five and seven years old still love The Adventures of Chuck & Friends DVD’s. Recently a company sent out information about The Adventures of Chuck & Friends: Trucks Versus Wild that came out on January 21, 2013 from Shout! Factory Kids and I just had to request a review copy.

I must thank Chuck the Truck and Friends for being the DVD that allows my sons to have downtime when they are having a difficult time falling asleep, My middle son has a mood disorder and anxiety, as of late, he is not on any medications and no sleep methods have helped other than putting him on my bed with The Adventures of Chuck & Friends: Trucks Versus Wild. I am not kidding, I had to giggle when I witnessed my seven year old son zoned into this DVD the past few nights that he has had issues sleeping. My five year old son on the other hand, has to ask 100 questions because he is very observant and he adores Chuck the Truck. For anyone who has boys (or girls) who have a love of trucks, Chuck is the cutest, sweetest DVD sets to get for them, no doubt!

My 3 year old has a ton of DVDs but not a Chuck one! He does have a toy Chuck though – we will have to check out the movies.

My son has a bunch of the Chuck & Friends toys, I don’t think he has seen the show though. I’m sure he’d love this!

I think my guy would still love to watch this…he’s on the brink though (of getting too big) and I’m not a bit happy about it. ;)

My son thinks he’s ‘too big’ for the show now. But he still loves the toys and plays with them all the time.
