The man of the house was already one who tried and loved the Tai Pei® brand so it was a no brainer which Tai Pei® frozen appetizer/entree he would chose; General Tso’s Chicken and Pepper Beef. I choose General Tso’s as well because that is a particular favorite menu item for me when we go out.

I’ve been on the road all week so I am DEFINITELY an on-the-go person! I love easy solutions because I know I sure don’t have the brains to cook after a long week, LOL!

That sounds really good! My favorite Chinese restaurant is 30 mins there and back so I don’t get it very often. This looks like a great alternative.

Aren’t they simple to make since you can just leave them as is and immediately pop them in the microwave? I love that. I also think they’re generous with veggie amounts!

My favorite is also General Tso’s and this sounds yummy. I will have to keep my eye out for it when shopping.
