Outerwear Brand Free Country Review

I was recently offered a free coat from Free Country, simply had to visit their Free Country outerwear brand website and have a look around. I sent them my top three choices in color, size and such from there they would do their best to send one of those options. I received the cutest Women’s Arches Power Down Jacket in pink, but the problem is that I wanted to wear it, as you can see below … who do you think “owns” this jacket now?

I must not be great at sizing online, this is an XL so it’s slightly big for my daughter but it’s too small to zip up over my chest for me. The comfort, quality and washing method is super easy though. I love that my daughter feels special with this stylish new winter coat! She deserves some spoiling, even if I feel I deserved this jacket too 😉

Miss Kiara has already gotten this jacket dirty, after all we have cold days with snow then warm days with mud here in NH lately and so she splashed mud up on the coat. Kiara was upset but I reassured her we can wash this coat. I followed the instructions on how to wash this jacket; take off the hood, zip up all zippers and closures then wash in washer. Pretty simple. I hung it dry, even though you can tumble dry low. It came out spectacularly clean again and in great shape still!

  1. I like that you did the review after a washing. So many times things look great until they hit the washing machine. Good to know this one will hold up, and she looks spectacular in her new coat. 🙂
